We sent Jamie Thompson to Lansing to work for us. Instead, she's been looking out for her own family.

Campaign finance reports show Thompson's campaign paid her son, Jackson, more than $24,000 for "consulting" and canvassing between August 2024 and December 2025. That's about 15% of everything her campaign spent.

The payments didn't stop when he was charged with domestic violence in Wayne County. Her campaign kept paying him, sending more than $5,000 after the charges were filed, including a check just one week later.
